Hyalase/ Filler Dissolving Treatment

At Nic + Co Aesthetics, we offer Hyalase treatments to help safely and effectively dissolve dermal fillers. But what exactly is Hyalase, and why is it so important?

Hyalase is an enzyme that dissolves hyaluronic acid-based dermal fillers. Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring substance in our skin that helps maintain hydration and volume. However, if a filler treatment does not achieve the desired result, or if there’s an issue like lumpiness or migration, Hyalase can be used to correct it by breaking down the filler safely.

Before the procedure, you’ll have a consultation with your aesthetic practitioner to assess your current filler, discuss your goals, and ensure that Hyalase is the right solution for you. A patch test may also be performed to check for any allergic reactions to the enzyme.

Benefits of Using Hyalase

    •    Rapid Correction of unwanted filler results or complications.

    •    Targets the areas that need dissolving are treated.

    •    Restoring Natural Appearance if you have had filler migration, or just want to return to a more natural look.

Why Is It Used?

    •    Reversing overfilled areas - If too much filler was used or if the results do not match your expectations.

    •    Correcting uneven filler distribution - Sometimes, fillers can create lumps or unevenness, which Hyalase can resolve.

    •    Treating complications-  In rare cases filler may block blood vessels, and Hyalase can quickly dissolve the filler, reducing              the risk of further issues.

If you have any concerns about your filler results or are curious about whether Hyalase is the right option for you, our team at Nic and Co Aesthetics is here to guide you through the process and ensure you get the results you’re looking for.
